Our Massage Services
Swedish Massage
Bask in relief and relaxation during this traditional massage designed to relax your entire body. The massage therapist uses long strokes, firm kneading, and circular pressure to help increase circulation and profoundly reduce stress.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is a therapeutic massage used to treat chronically tight or painful muscles, postural problems, repetitive strain, or to aid recovery from injury. The therapist begins with light pressure to warm the muscles, and slowly penetrates to the deepest layers of muscle tissue to release chronic tension.
Aromatherapy Massage
Relish in a little luxury during this massage. The therapist will help you select up to four essential oils that have specific healing properties. Select oils may promote relaxation, increase energy, or reduce stress. Then lie back as the oils are used in the massage. The healing benefits are absorbed into your skin, and you inhale the fragrances that are also beneficial. Aromatherapy massage techniques reduce stress and ease emotions.
Hot Stone Massage
Sink into deep relaxation and peacefulness while you enjoy this treatment. Hot stones are strategically placed to target tight or aching muscles. The heat from the stones relaxes the muscles and allows the therapist to penetrate deeper muscle tissue. This treatment promotes relaxation, improves circulation and releases toxins from the muscles. It reduces chronic pain, and also benefits people who suffer from insomnia or depression.
Sports Massage
Whatever your level of athleticism, you will benefit from our Sports Massage. Whether you work out regularly, engage in competitive sports, jog, or run marathons, this massage targets areas of the body that are overworked or stressed per your activity. The massage therapist will use Sports Massage techniques designed to ultimately prevent muscle soreness before or after activity, and to help prevent as well as treat injuries.
Maternal Massage
Expecting mothers deserve extra nurturing and pampering. Massage therapy for mothers-to-be helps reduce anxiety and stress, relieve muscle and joint pain, and reduce swelling. This full body massage also promotes healthy circulation. Our Maternal Massage therapists are certified in prenatal massage, and have expertise in treating all stages of pregnancy. NOTE: Cannot work on mothers-to-be in their first trimester.

Frequently Asked Questions
How should I prepare for my massage?
Arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to check in and begin relaxing. Avoid eating a heavy meal directly before your session. Communicate any health conditions, injuries, or areas of concern with your therapist before the massage begins.
Should I undress completely?
Your comfort is our priority. Undress to your comfort level — you will always be properly draped with sheets throughout the session, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your privacy and modesty are fully respected at all times.
How often should I get a massage?
For general wellness and stress management, a monthly massage is beneficial. For chronic pain, injury recovery, or athletic performance, bi-weekly or weekly sessions may be recommended. Our therapists will work with you to establish a treatment plan that suits your individual needs.
