Spa Policies

General Spa Information:

Street parking in the neighborhood is available. Please note that our Cancellation Policy states you need to call at least 24 hours before your appointment begins to make changes (rescheduling) or to cancel in order not to be charged the full price of the service. An email with a time stamp or a voicemail will be honored when canceling an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service. FOR DELAYS: Your service will end by the time it was scheduled as we need to follow and respect other clients booked appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to a delay, or if you are 20+ mins late for your appointment we will need to cancel and charge the full price of the service since it will be considered a late cancellation.

Can I schedule a massage if I’m pregnant?

You are only eligible for a Maternal Massage. Please note that we cannot perform massages on women that are in their first trimester.

Does a Body Scrub Service include a massage?

Please note that this service is not a massage and does not include any massage. We recommend a 30 or 60 minute massage and/or a 30 minute facial add-on with our body treatments.

What is the spa policy for illness?

To maintain a safe environment for all clients and staff, we will continue to thoroughly sanitize all stations and equipment before, during, and after each appointment. If you are feeling ill or have been exposed to any contagious illness, we recommend rescheduling your appointment outside of our 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel within that time frame, a $40 charge will be processed to compensate your Therapist or Aesthetician.

Is gratuity included in the service price?

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is always appreciated, with the standard suggested minimum being 15%-20% of the original cost of service.

What is your late policy?

Your service begins at the time scheduled. Credit cards, gift certificates, or gift card numbers are required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservations. Spaweek gift cards and gift certificates will not work when booking online because they are from a third party. If you book online the credit card that you enter will not be charged and you can add the Spaweek gift card or gift certificate number to the notes. Deposits can be used as store credit and are totally refundable only when canceled with 24+ hours notice. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment if this is your first time. We send email and text confirmation reminders before your appointment time.
